You already have your price range from our call. The next step is a site visit, where we measure, check what’s under the old slab, and give you a final price in writing.

• Measurements of the full area, taken on site

• A check of your base, soil and drainage

• A written scope: tear-out, base, rebar, mix and finish

• Your final price, which we stand behind

The visit is $150, and every dollar comes off your project when you hire us.

Once we confirm your visit time, we’ll send an Interac e-Transfer request for the $150. It’s credited in full if you sign with us within 30 days of the visit. Need to reschedule? No charge with 24 hours’ notice.
